Text message alerts had become unreliable, so the code has been updated to use the latest APIs, and logging is now in place.

Cancel Ships Bug Fix
When cancelling some ships from building, eonium wasn't always refunded, this has now been corrected. Also when cancelling PDS or ships there will now be a news entry logged.

Battle Bug Fixed
There was a bug where attacking a planet that had no ships or PDS would result in nothing happening, now the attack will still take place so asteroids and resources can still be stolen, and a battle report will be produced.
